建設機械の輸出について

日本メーカー海外での評価

 日本メーカーは高い技術力や、非常に高い耐久性から近隣のアジア諸国のみならず、世界各国で新品、中古ともに好まれています。故障も少なく建機部品の供給体制も完備されています。日本の排ガス規制不適合で国内では使われなくなった中古建設機械も海外では多く活躍しています。国によって特に人気のあるメーカーがあったり、好まれる製品の年式も多種多様です。

 Japanese manufacturers are popular not only in neighboring Asian countries, but also in countries around the world, both new and used, due to their high technical capabilities and extremely high durability. There are few failures, and the supply system for construction machinery parts is fully equipped. Many used construction machines that are no longer used in Japan due to non-compliance with Japan’s exhaust gas regulations are also active overseas. Depending on the country, there are manufacturers that are particularly popular, and there are a wide variety of year models of preferred products.

世界でのシェア

 米キャタピラーに次いで世界2位の売上高のコマツ、フォークリフト世界首位の豊田自動織機、クレーン世界2位のタダノ、ミニショベル世界首位のクボタと日本メーカーは高いシェアを誇っています。また、中国市場ではコマツが首位、日立建機は2位のシェアを誇っています。

 Komatsu ranks second in the world after Caterpillar in terms of sales, Toyota Industries ranks first in the world for forklifts, Tadano ranks second in the world for cranes, and Kubota ranks first in the world for mini excavators. In the Chinese market, Komatsu holds the top share, while Hitachi Construction Machinery boasts the second.

 近年、ミニユンボ及びフォークリフト等の建設機械及び産業機器の引き合いが急増しております。

海上輸送

 小型の建設機械は海上コンテナを利用すると海上運賃が安くなる場合が多いようです。コンテナに入れる際には、嵐などでコンテナーが激しく揺れることもあるので、しっかりとワイヤーで固定する必要があります。海上輸送の手配（船腹予約）は直接海運会社に予約する、シッピング・ブローカーに依頼するなどがあります。

 For small construction machinery, it is often the case that ocean freight is cheaper if you use marine containers. When putting it in a container, it is necessary to fix it firmly with a wire because the container may shake violently in a storm etc. Arrangements for marine transportation (reservation of shipping space) can be made directly with a shipping company or with a shipping broker.

日本の主要輸出港

 国際定期航路を持つ海運会社が寄稿する港（東京港、横浜港、大阪港、神戸港、福岡港など）を利用するのが一般的です。

 It is common to use ports (Tokyo Port, Yokohama Port, Osaka Port, Kobe Port, Fukuoka Port, etc.) contributed by shipping companies that have regular international routes.

海上輸送方法

 小型建設機械などをまとめて輸出する場合はコンテナで積み込むケースが多いようです。 コンテナは20フィート、40フィートの2種類あります。高さ、幅が若干はみだす建設機械はフラットラック（コンテナの床の部分だけのようなラック）を用います。それ以外の建設機械は自走で船倉やデッキなどに積み込まれますが、デッキに積まれた場合海水をかぶるので要注意です。

 When exporting small construction machinery etc. in bulk, it seems that there are many cases where they are loaded in containers. There are two types of containers, 20 feet and 40 feet. Flat racks (racks that look like only the floor of a container) are used for construction equipment that protrudes slightly in height and width. Other construction machines are self-propelled and loaded into the hold or on the deck.

海上保険

 海上輸送中の火災、爆発または輸送用具の衝突、転覆、沈没、座礁などの事故が対象の保険です。 L/C決済の場合は、L/Cに記載された条件での海上保険の手配が必要となります。

 This insurance covers accidents such as fire, explosion, collision of transport equipment, capsizing, sinking and grounding during sea transport.
In the case of L/C settlement, it is necessary to arrange marine insurance under the conditions stated in the L/C.

通関

 海外に海上輸送するためには、通関の手続きが必要となります。船積みの準備が整い中古建設機械を港に搬入しますが、搬入に当たって輸出先国の制度によって検疫の関係上、建設機械を洗車し泥を念入りに落す必要があります。

 Customs clearance procedures are required for overseas sea transportation. Once the preparations for shipping are completed, the used construction machinery is brought into the port, but due to the quarantine regulations imposed by the export destination country, it is necessary to wash the construction machinery and carefully remove the mud.

洗車基準

 米国、オーストラリア、ニュージーランドは洗車基準が厳しくなっています。また、コンテナーに入れる場合でも、洗車はしっかりとしておく必要があります。

 The United States, Australia and New Zealand have stricter car wash standards. Also, even if you put it in a container, the car wash must be done well.
